Ordering & Collection

Many Maison Perry products can be ordered online for collection within 48 hours.
For larger cakes, croquembouches, wedding cakes and bespoke creations, we recommend contacting us as early as possible to discuss availability.

Orders can be collected from our North Sydney location during your selected collection window. Collection details will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Yes. During checkout you can select your preferred collection date and time. Many Maison Perry products can be ordered online for collection within 48 hours.

Yes. Maison Perry offers local delivery within a 15km radius of our North Sydney location for selected cakes, pâtisserie and celebration products.
For larger celebrations and special events, delivery is available by arrangement. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Yes. Wedding cakes and croquembouches are personally delivered by Jonathan Perry to ensure they arrive in perfect condition for your celebration.
As every wedding is unique, delivery arrangements are discussed during your consultation and tailored to your venue and requirements.

As every Maison Perry creation is made to order, changes may not always be possible once preparation has commenced, however we will always do our best to assist.
Cakes & Pâtisserie

Yes. Every Maison Perry creation is handcrafted from scratch by Jonathan Perry using traditional European techniques and premium ingredients.
We do not use commercial mixes, pre-made fillings or shortcuts. Every recipe is prepared in-house, allowing complete control over flavour, quality and consistency.

Every cake, tart, chocolate and croquembouche is personally handcrafted by founder and master pâtissier Jonathan Perry.
Having established Maison Perry in 1983, Jonathan continues to oversee every creation that leaves the kitchen.

Most cakes should be refrigerated and removed approximately 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavours and textures to develop fully and ensures the best possible eating experience.
Specific storage instructions will be provided where required.

Quality begins with ingredients.
Maison Perry uses premium butter, cream, chocolate, seasonal fruits, nuts and carefully selected ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers. We believe exceptional pastries can only be created with exceptional ingredients.

Our products are made fresh to order and are best enjoyed within two to three days of collection.
Storage recommendations may vary between products, and we will always advise the best way to enjoy your order.

Yes. Maison Perry specialises in traditional European pâtisserie, including classic gateaux, tarts, cheesecakes, croquembouches and handcrafted chocolates.
Many of our recipes have been refined over decades and remain true to the traditions that inspired them.

Jonathan works directly with clients to create bespoke cakes for birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, corporate events and special occasions.
Every cake is individually designed and handcrafted to suit the celebration.

Maison Perry creates bespoke wedding cakes and croquembouches tailored to each couple's vision, style and celebration.

A croquembouche is a traditional French celebration cake consisting of profiteroles filled with crème pâtissière and assembled into an elegant tower with caramelised sugar.
It remains one of Jonathan Perry's signature specialities and a timeless centrepiece for weddings and celebrations.

Wedding cakes and croquembouches are personally delivered by Jonathan Perry to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and are presented exactly as intended.
Delivery arrangements are discussed during your consultation and tailored to your venue and requirements.

We recommend contacting us as early as possible, particularly during peak wedding periods.
This allows ample time to discuss design, guest numbers, flavours and delivery arrangements.
Allergens & Dietary Requirements

Many Maison Perry products contain wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts and alcohol.
Individual ingredient information is available on each product page, and we encourage customers to review ingredients carefully before ordering.

Our kitchen regularly handles nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy and alcohol. While we take every care during preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.

Our chocolates and some of our traditional European recipes include alcohol, such as Kirsch, Cointreau, Grand Marnier, Muscat or Rum.
Where alcohol is present, this is clearly listed within the product ingredients.
