Orders may be collected from our North Sydney location at the agreed collection time.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are transported and stored appropriately after collection.

Maison Perry accepts no responsibility for damage occurring after collection.

Selected products may be available for local delivery.

Wedding cakes and croquembouches are personally delivered by Maison Perry and delivery arrangements will be discussed during consultation.

Once delivery has been completed to the nominated recipient or venue, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

Requests to modify an order must be made as early as possible.

As products are prepared specifically for each order, changes may not always be possible once production has commenced.

We will always do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

Because Maison Perry products are made to order, cancellations may be subject to the following conditions:

More than 7 days before collection or delivery:
Full refund available.

3–7 days before collection or delivery:
Refunds may be provided at Maison Perry's discretion, less any costs already incurred.

Less than 48 hours before collection or delivery:
Refunds are generally not available.

Wedding cakes, croquembouches and bespoke orders may be subject to separate cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

Maison Perry products are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and alcohol.

While every effort is made to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase.

Products should be stored according to any instructions provided.

For the best quality and eating experience, products should be consumed within the recommended timeframe.

Maison Perry cannot accept responsibility for products stored incorrectly after collection or delivery.

Wedding cake and croquembouche orders are considered bespoke products.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking date.

Final design details, guest numbers, flavours and delivery arrangements must be confirmed within the agreed timeframe prior to the event.
