Traditionally flavoured with Cointreau or Grand Marnier, this timeless dessert is a striking centrepiece for weddings and celebrations of any sort.
Each croquembouche is individually crafted by Jonathan, who has perfected the art of this classic French dessert since 1983.
Fresh flowers or ribbons can be added to complement the colour scheme of your special event.
Recommended serving: 2-3 profiteroles per person.
